Harold is a frail and isolated old man who is dying in hospice. Angry and frustrated with his situation in life and unable to do anything about it, he takes out his anger on anyone and anything, from his nurse, who takes care of Harold but keeps her distance, to a young priest who tries to get close to him but to no avail. With a surprise visit by a Mysterious Stranger, he begins to open up about himself and hopefully finds peace.
