Leena in the title role tells her story, just working in quite different jobs, all of which result in anal sex. The end. Nothing of interest here, merely pandering to one particular audience fetish. She's a p.a. On porno shoots, and we see Asia Carrera in one of her crummiest roles, merely having sex with Marc Wallice for a video titled "Sexorama 99". In a poorly done version of a burlesque sketch, she works as assistant to Tom Byron playing a creepy doctor, who treats a blonde for her aversion to anal sex. She's hired by hambone Joey Silvera who plays an incompetent inspirational speaker, rehearsing with Sabrina for a seminar on anal sex, and in perhaps the silliest scene, becoming a construction worker for foreman Buck Adams. Eventually she ends up in a lesbian scene with Misty Rain, latter playing a porno movie makeup lady. The attempts at humor here are pitiful.
