It's just another day for Layton (Michael Vegas). He's returning home from the local grocery store, but when a stranger (Suzi Q) gets distracted by her phone and steps out onto the busy street in front of him, Layton springs into action. He grabs the woman and pulls her back—just in time to save her from being run over. The woman is shocked and eternally grateful. Layton gathers his shopping bags and continues on his way, all the while Sandy's eyes never leaving his side. Unfortunately for Layton, his good deed is about to turn into a living nightmare...
