Şefik Şaşmaz, an honest and upright civil servant, goes to see the regional director, who is spending his working hours at a luxury resort, to get him to sign a document that is missing a signature, but he is not allowed inside. However, he is determined to get the signature. The method he chooses to get inside affects the other guests staying at the resort.
